Private Tour of the Fleming Family & Partners Art Collection Followed by Dinner with Matthew Fleming
On offer is a chance to view this spectacular collection of Scottish art followed by a private dinner hosted by Matthew Fleming in the exclusive Suffolk Street offices of Fleming Family & Partners.
The Fleming Collection is the finest collection of Scottish art in private hands and the only dedicated museum granting public access to Scottish art all year round. With over 750 oils and watercolors dating from 1770 to the present day, including the iconic paintings of the Highland Clearances, The Last of the Clan by Thomas Faed and Lochaber No More by John Watson Nicol. During this private viewing you will have the chance to see a selection of some 100 extraordinary pieces from the Collection, now on display in the FF&P offices - a real treat for the art lover!
Equally special is the private dinner, hosted by Matthew Fleming, which will follow your tour. A Director at FF&P and personally familiar with the Collection, this former officer of the Royal Green Jackets and England cricketer can certainly be counted on for lively conversation, be it about his role as a Director of James Bond Enterprises or his recent work with the MCC in Afghanistan.
The dinner and tour is for a maximum of 10 people, will be arranged on a weeknight evening of mutual convenience and is valid until May 2014.
